Women to Work graduates and YWCA of Queens staff celebrated the last day of classes last week. The program focuses on empowering immigrant women and teaching them professional skills to succeed in today's workforce. Participants learned Basic Computer, Workplace ESOL, created resumes and gained knowledge of workers' rights. The next WTW session will expand to include seminars, guest speakers and field trips to further participants' professional development.
